Capital Intelligence

Proprietary Data. Curated for Your Offering. Operated Through IAS.

Capital Context maintains a proprietary investor-source universe covering multiple categories of private capital. IAS evaluates that universe against the characteristics and approved pathways of the offering, then creates a curated client campaign database for disciplined outreach.

The cold-start problem

A Sponsor Should Not Have to Build Its Investor Pipeline From Scratch

Many sponsors begin an offering with incomplete records, outdated contacts, limited information about investor mandates, or no organized investor pipeline. Generic databases can provide volume without establishing whether sources fit the property, strategy, structure, geography, raise size, investor pathway, or likely investment profile.

IAS addresses this upstream problem before outreach begins.

The proprietary source universe

Built for Private CRE Capital Formation

Capital Context’s proprietary investor-source universe brings together source identification, contact verification, capital-category classification, mandate information, geographic focus, property preferences, likely check-size indicators, and available engagement intelligence.

05

FINRA broker-dealer selling networks

Not every capital source or category is appropriate for every offering. Capital Intelligence determines which categories and records align with the sponsor, project, offering, eligibility requirements, approved jurisdictions, and professional guidance. Registered broker-dealers independently decide whether to participate and contract directly with the issuer.

From universe to operation

How the Curated Client Campaign Database Is Built

01

Analyze the Offering

Organize the property type, geography, strategy, structure, return profile, hold period, minimum investment, eligibility, capital requirement, and approved distribution pathway.

02

Evaluate Capital-Source Fit

Evaluate potential sources by capital category, mandate alignment, geographic focus, property preference, likely check size, and other available fit indicators.

03

Verify and Segment the Records

Normalize, verify where possible, attribute, and segment selected records for offering-appropriate communication. Sources outside approved pathways are suppressed.

04

Build the Client Campaign Database

Create a curated, offering-specific campaign database inside the client’s IAS environment. The client receives selected campaign records—not unrestricted access to the complete master universe.

05

Prepare the Database for Operation

Assign approved records to outreach, education, nurture, and follow-up sequences for activation by the Capital Formation Operator.

The important database distinction

Proprietary Master Asset. Sponsor-Specific Operating Database.

Capital Context Proprietary Investor-Source Universe

  • Maintained and developed by Capital Context
  • Covers multiple capital categories and markets
  • Used to identify potential sources for appropriate offerings
  • Remains Capital Context’s proprietary master data asset

Curated Client Campaign Database

  • Built specifically for the client’s offering
  • Contains selected and prepared campaign records
  • Operates inside the client’s IAS environment
  • Preserves campaign engagement and relationship history
  • Supports the current raise and future re-engagement

Capital Context provides the client with the curated campaign database required to operate the raise while protecting the integrity of its broader proprietary investor-source universe.

Why curation matters

More Contacts Are Not the Same as Better Investor Fit

A large generic database may increase outreach volume without improving relevance. IAS starts with the offering, identifies appropriate capital-source categories, and develops the curated client campaign database around defined fit criteria.

From data to execution

The Database Does Not Operate Itself

You get a dedicated capital formation operator—a digital marketing expert trained on IAS—who designs, launches, and optimizes your outreach campaigns. This is not customer support. This is operated expertise.

The Capital Formation Operator activates the curated campaign database, manages approved communication sequences, monitors engagement, maintains follow-up discipline, and refines campaign priorities as new signals develop.

Integrated within IAS

Capital Intelligence Is Not Sold as a Standalone Contact List.

It operates inside IAS alongside offering preparation, investor communication, pipeline management, diligence, onboarding, compliance coordination, Investor Relations, and future-raise continuity.
